What is BrandReps?
In a nutshell, BrandReps is PatientBoost’s affiliate program.
Individuals participating in the program have the opportunity to earn passive recurring revenue when they refer leads to PatientBoost that subsequently become clients.
That’s not all. The program also rewards participants with a one-off bonus (in the form of a voucher) just for making an introduction to a qualified lead that results in an initial call – regardless of whether the lead becomes a client or not.
So BrandReps (as we like to call participants), have the chance to earn a voucher for introductions that lead to a call AND make passive monthly income if that lead becomes a client. Great, right?

Who can become a BrandRep?
Unlike the majority of affiliate programs, BrandReps is invitation-only. We want to build long-lasting, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships with our BrandReps.
Ideal candidates for BrandReps include Dental Professionals that have left practice/clinical and now serve the dental industry in a business, finance, or marketing capacity, and individuals or businesses that offer business, finance, or marketing services exclusively or mainly to dental practices.
If you have a number of Practice Owners and Practice Managers in your network, you could be looking at a very handy additional revenue stream.
We wouldn’t recommend quitting your job or relying on BrandReps to pay your bills, but the passive monthly income could pay for treats like dinners out with your partner, days out with the family, or even cheeky getaways – with or without the kids.

How much can I earn?
BrandReps is an uncapped earnings opportunity. PatientBoost offers a range of marketing and business services, and the amount you can earn depends on the service.
Introduction bonus
Each time you introduce us to a qualified lead and we have an initial discussion with said lead, you’ll receive a $25 Amazon gift card from us as a thank you – regardless of whether that lead becomes a client or not. Noice!
Getting us a call with a qualified lead takes time and energy on your part, and you shouldn’t be left empty handed if – after the initial call with the referred lead – either of us realise we’re not a good fit and we decide not to work with each.
Monthly packages
BrandReps earn 5% of recurring revenue for every client they refer to us that signs up for a monthly package, every single month they remain a PatientBoost client.
Our monthly packages range between $500-5,000, so you could be earning between $25-250 per referred client every month.
Over a year, that works out at between $300-3,000 per referred client.
Not bad for a simple referral, eh?
Mission Control
Mission Control is our all-in-one sales and marketing tool for dental teams.
BrandReps earn 20% of recurring revenue for every client they refer to us that signs up for Mission Control, every single month they remain a PatientBoost client.
Our Mission Control subscriptions range between $100-1,000, so you could be earning between $20-200 per referred client every month.
Over a year, that works out at between $240-2,400 per referred client.
Doesn’t that sound tasty?
One-off projects
While most of our clients opt for a monthly package or subscribe to Mission Control, there are some cases where a one-off project makes the most sense to both the referred lead and PatientBoost. One-off projects typically include, but are not limited to, dental websites, SEO assessments, and SEO jumpstarts.
In the case of one-off projects, BrandReps earn a one-time payment equal to 10% of the project cost.
One-off projects can vary significantly in cost, but an example range would be $750-10,000.
That means you could earn between $75-1,000 per referral that leads to a one-off project.
Still pretty good, right?
When will I get paid?
Now we’re getting serious. Payment schedules depend on which service(s) the referred lead has opted for.
Introduction bonus
You’ll receive your $25 Amazon gift card 3-5 working days after the initial meeting with the qualified lead.
Monthly packages
You’ll receive your first payment 3-5 working days after we receive the first payment from the referred client. After that, you’ll receive payments every month like clockwork.
Mission Control
You’ll receive your first payment 3-5 working days after we receive the first payment from the referred client. After that, you’ll receive payments every month like clockwork.
One-off projects
You’ll receive your one-time payment 3-5 working days after we receive the full or final payment from the referred client. For short one-off projects like SEO assessments and SEO jumpstarts, clients pay us up front. For longer one-off projects like dental websites, clients may pay us in multiple instalments over several months.
When will I stop getting paid?
We only pay monthly commission for a referred client while they remain an active client subscribed to a monthly package or Mission Control.
If the referred client or PatientBoost cancels the monthly package or Mission Control subscription for any reason, then the BrandRep that referred the client will stop receiving payments immediately.
This will not impact your payments for other referred clients, provided they remain an active client subscribed to a monthly package or Mission Control.
The good news for you is we’re great at what we do and aren’t in the habit of losing clients!

Before proposing any services, we have an initial 15-minute conversation with the lead to make sure we can actually help them and ensure we’re a good fit. If we believe we can help them achieve their goals and we feel a connection, we’ll jump into a longer strategy session to determine the best combination of marketing and business services.
How do I identify qualified leads?
We’re not an ideal fit for every practice. We’re not cheap and we demand a lot from our clients. They need to have goals and need to commit to taking action. Here is our definition of a qualified lead:
- The lead is a practice owner or practice manager
- They own or manage a mixed or fully private dental practice (no insurance or NHS only practices)
- There’s a minimum of 2 Dentists practicing at least 3 full days a week each
- The practice employs a dedicated practice manager/business development manager (full or part-time)
- The practice employs support staff
- The practice is currently investing or thinking about investing in marketing
We will periodically update what we determine to be a qualified lead.
Leads must be qualified in order for you to receive your $25 Amazon gift card.
Terms and Conditions
We’ll keep this short and sweet.
We’ll send you a $25 Amazon gift card for every qualified referral you send us that results in an initial conversation – regardless of whether they become a client or not. Referred leads must meet our qualification criteria. You’ll receive your $25 Amazon gift card 3-5 working days after the initial meeting with the referred lead.
We’ll pay you recurring commission every month for every lead you send us that becomes a monthly package client or Mission Control subscriber – 5% or 20% respectively. If said client cancels their package for any reason or we (PatientBoost) cancel their package for any reason, then recurring payments for that referred client will stop immediately. You’ll receive your first payment 3-5 working days after we receive the first payment from the referred client. After that, you’ll receive payments every month like clockwork.
We’ll pay you a one-time commission for every lead you send us that signs up for a one-off project. You’ll receive your one-time payment 3-5 working days after we receive the full or final payment from the referred client.
All good things sometimes come to an end. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the BrandReps program and associated payments at anytime, for any reason, and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individuals and businesses from the BrandReps program and terminate associated payments at anytime, for any reason, and without prior notice.
